Equipping Hour (9a.m.)

We are continuing our study called Thirsty? which is about having a passionate pursuit of God. For a couple more weeks, we’ll be exploring this idea of how God does and does not speak to us today. Click here for the most recent 1-page overviews of these studies.

Service (10:30 a.m.)

  • Announcements:
    • On September 12, David Barfield will begin a study called Your Money Map. This is an excellent tool for understanding Biblical stewardship and how to handle your finances in very practical ways. (Click here for more information and to sign up on-line.)
    • Aaron Harris invites everyone to help celebrate Charity’s 30th birthday this week at Clinton Lake. RSVP to Aaron and see maps on the information table.
    • Last week, we invited everyone to consider supporting Mitch Langley so he could devote more of his time to ministry. The Communication Sheets contain a place for you to indicate the amount you are able to contribute on a monthly basis over and above regular giving. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are able to help.
    • Shaun & Beth LePage celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary this week. Bill Pence is preaching this morning which gave Shaun some extra time off last week to get away with Beth. (Thanks Bill!)
