A blast in Topeka!
By Shaun LePage • Dec 10th, 2007 • Category: News, WorshipWe had a winter storm blast first of all (snow, freezing rain, slush) but a small, brave crowd slid over to Topeka to worship with our brothers at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Then we had our second blast! The music, the fellowship, the hospitality, the prayer was wonderful. It was a really special time. Antioch Pastor T. D. Hicks had invited Pastor LePage to come and preach. The message was on the subject of evangelism called “The Needs of our Day”.
After the service, our hosts took us out to eat – an unexpected and very generous gesture. Thanks Antioch for a great time. We look forward to getting together again soon.
